Teetwal Village
Teetwal is a small village in the Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It's located on the banks of the Kishanganga River, 82 km from the district headquarters of Kupwara. Teetwal is close to the Line of Control with Pakistani-administered Kashmir. Teetwal is unique because it's half in India and half in Pakistan. The Indian half is known as Teetwal, while the Pakistani half is known as Chilhana village. The two halves are separated by a river. Teetwal is famous for its horticulture produce, especially walnuts. The Teetwal International Bridge is one of the five crossing points along the Line of Control between India and Pakistan.
