Dhar Vaishno Devi
Dhar Vaishno Devi is a village in the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. It has a population of 305. The Vaishno Devi shrine is a famous pilgrimage site in Jammu and Kashmir. It's located in the Trikuta hills, 13 kilometers from Katra and 63 kilometers from Jammu. The shrine is 5,200 feet above sea level. The cave temple is believed to be the home of Goddess Parvati, Goddess Shakti, and 33 other Hindu deities. The first mention of the cave is in the epic Mahabharata. Geological studies indicate that the cave is almost a million years old.
