Kurikyala village in Telangana's Karimnagar district, is 20 km from Karimnagar town along the Karimnagar to Nizamabad Highway. It draws historians, environmentalists, and religious visitors due to its connection with Kannada poet Adi Kavi Pampa. In AD 950, Pampa wrote the epic 'Vikramarjuna Vijaya,' gaining fame for the village. The village features inscriptions in Kannada, Telugu, and Sanskrit, a hillock with Jain deities, a small lake, and a temple, making it a unique cultural and historical site.
