Spangmik, Ladakh

Spangmik is a small village in the Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It's located on the southern bank of Pangong Lake, about 155 km from Leh, the capital of Ladakh. Spangmik is known for its views of the lake.

Spangmik is a settlement of Changpa nomads who live off agriculture and pashmina goats. It's located between the lake and the Thang Chenmo mountains, close to the Chinese border.

Pangong Lake is known for its ability to change color, ranging from light green to crystal blue and sometimes even gold, red, and pink.
