Durbuk, Ladakh

Durbuk is a village located in the Leh district of Ladakh, India. It is situated at an altitude of 3,800 meters (12,500 feet) and is about 120 kilometers from Leh town.

Durbuk is at a key location between the Indus Valley to the west, the Shyok Valley to the east and the Pangong Lake region to the south. The trade routes to Yarkand (via the Shyok Valley) as well as Rudok (via the Pangong Lake) passed through here.

Durbuk is a popular tourist destination, especially for travelers who are interested in adventure and off-beat experiences.
